Set Bersalin

Still have not buy any set bersalin. Been looking for it for some time now but cant decide on any brand since no experience. Any suggestion plz?

actually, there are a lot of set bersalins out there. it depends on what you want and whether the sets "agree" with your body or not... the "hot" ones in the market currently include the nona roguy set, the set bersalin halimah (of jamu mak dara line), amway set, set salindah, set bersalin afiat, set leesa formula and as of late, the tanamera postnatal set.

it would be good for you to do your own research, but from what i know, set salindah is basically a homeopathic set (meaning, no jamu and not so much on the herbs... should be quite safe for breastfeeding). The nona roguy and tanamera postnatal sets are herbal concoctions and are relatively safe during breastfeeding as well. personally i have used the nona roguy and tanamera set and are quite happy with them. they are not "heaty" like the others/jamu and the fact that they do not contain jamu makes me feel confident in using them.

amway is another popular one, but it has a lot of components to it which means compliance might be a problem... and its pricey because of that.
